You may return items purchased from NMO within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

The item is in its original packaging.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Opened or used medical consumables.

Customized or special-order items.

Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If the item was a gift, you might receive store credit.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nmoxygen.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
