1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping within South Africa:

Standard Shipping: R160

Express Shipping: R200
 

Free standard shipping is available for orders over R1599.

3. Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over R2500 within Johannesburg and Pretoria. For orders under R2500, we charge R160 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via SMS with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Delays and Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@nmoxygen.co.z with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
